Position: Mobile Technical Support Specialist
Description:
X3O is looking to hire a Technical Support Specialist for field technology support covering MD, DC and VA. Ideal candidate will be proficient with Windows and Mac systems, hardware installation and configuration, and networking. Small Business Server, Exchange, Active Directory and DNS experience is highly desired for this position. A knowledge of "how to solve technical problems" is more important than experience, though three to five years of hands on support is required.

Candidate must be energetic, proactive, well-spoken and above all must be comfortable approaching unpredictable users and technologies. Our focus is on providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Previous experience running or managing a small company or working with startups is a plus! We will train the right candidate as long as the minimum criteria are met.

Technician must meet the following criteria:

• A+ certification or equivalent experience
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Be able to begin work immediately (within 2-3 weeks)
• Clean driving record and no criminal history
• Able to work extra hours when needs (some evenings and weekends)
